Just a quick OOTD blog post today! This OOTD is from a few weeks ago when I wore it to work on one of the hottest days of the year- around 30 degrees! I bought this dress from Coco Marie, a womenswear boutique where I work and it’s from Superdry. The relaxed floaty fit and cami straps make it ideal for very hot days and what really sold me with this dress was the gorgeous stripe tie-dye print on dark blue background. This dress has low armholes and back so I wear it with a navy bandeau from Asos but it’s also a great piece to throw over a bikini on holiday. I paired my dress with my rose gold sandals from Ipanema and Mango silver paisley pendant necklace. I kept my makeup very natural since it would have all melted off anyway! Hope you like- Enjoy!
I absolutely adore this preppy street style look- this girl has STYLE!!! The look is overall fairly simple as all the hard work is done by this stunning long sleeve and leg jumpsuit/playsuit- the pattern is to die for with peaches, oranges and blues in a leafy floral pattern. She has accessorized her outfit with a simplistic plain belt, black heels with lots of chunky straps, some subtle rings and rist band and finally the icing on the cake- this AMAZING rose gold watch which I want to steal this very second!!!- Such an elegant, bright outfit and it would be great for sunny summer evenings especially in a more exotic country!!
I know I have already done a post on chocker necklaces but this is just to show them to you more clearly and show my other one. These choker necklaces are both from H&M and were both around £7. The first one is a gorgoeus rose gold and is quite wide. The second one is just normal gold and is more circular than the first one. I am wearing them in the picture with my Topshop denim jumpsuit. Both are definate must haves in every girls wardrobe as they add an element of glam to any more casual outfit. So anyone who doesn’t have one of these beauty’s, raid H&M as soon as possible!!! p.s. the picture of the rose gold one doesn’t do much for it as it is much more pinky.
This twiggy style t-shirt is another of the t-shirts I have made using transfer paper and a cheap £2 white t-shirt off Amazon. This one is by far one of my favourites I edited it to make it this lush green blue colour. In this post I have styled it and shown how I would wear one of these personalised t-shirts. In this look I have first the Twiggy T-shirt, then I have added my H&M rose gold chocker necklace to add some glamour. Next there is my La redoute denim jacket with cream fur collar which can be detached- If you haven’t heard of La redoute it is a french company which I have bought clothes from since I was a young child. I have then tucked the t-shirt into my burgundy chinos with a caramel belt to balance out the colours. This is a fairly casual but stylish look however to dress it up a bit I would add my Topshop caramel pleated skirt- as in the picture below- Here I have added my vintage cream cardigan underneath the denim jacket, flesh tights, UO brougues and Clothes show live contrast bag.
