Yesterday evening I had my Year 13 Leavers prom at Misseden Abbey and I had such a fun night with all my friends! I’ve now left my secondary school after attending for 7 years and I’ve made so many memories along the way. I’ve also made best friends for life and last night’s prom was a great celebration to mark the end of an era! I thought I’d do a blog post to share some of the photographs we took before we went to prom- Enjoy!

I have recently come back from a holiday in the Isle of Wight and stayed with my family in a house in Seaview which had incredible views looking out onto the coast. My last post featured some pics that I captured during my holiday in Greece, so I thought I’d do a similar thing for my holiday in the Isle of Wight. The photos I took feature butterfly’s, flowers and sea view’s. I am aware that this is another photography post but the fashion and outfit posts will be on the way very soon. Enjoy!
A couple of days ago, I got back from a family holiday in Lemnos, Greece. I had an incredible time, the weather was sublime and there will be some outfit posts following this post coming soon. I also got up to some activities, including: windsurfing, kayaking, Zumba and Aquaerobics, which were so much fun. This post features some snaps I took during the holiday that I thought I’d share. The views were so beautiful and picturesque on the Greek island of Lemnos that I couldn’t help but whip out my camera to document them. These photos feature sunsets, the pool, palm trees, a wild tortoise, striking cliffs overlooking the sea, colourful boats, delicious peach ice tea and the crashing waves. Enjoy!
Today, I went out to Windsor with the family and we had a delicious lunch at Carluccio’s and did a spot of shopping afterwards. What made the day about 100 times better, was that the sun had decided to come out for once, instead of another gloomy day of British un-predictable weather! Today, I wore a Topshop white patterned short-sleeved shirt, with an Asos lilac bandeau underneath, then I am wearing an Asos light pink, scalloped hem mini skirt, Accessorize pearl earrings and my trusty Office caramel loather flatforms. I am also carrying my camera case in some of the pictures and I also had my Pull and Bear, china print bomber jacket on at some points! I also took some pictures of Windsor Castle- I had a great day and I hope you all also had a glorious sunny day to enjoy!
Yesterday, it was a marvelous sunny spring afternoon so I decided to abandon my revision and go on a lovely spring walk down my road. I live in quite a rural area so there is always wildlife and picturesque views to catch your eye whatever the season! I took some pictures of wild daffodils, delicate blossom, a rusty post box, a wide open field with turquoise sky and puffy clouds and finally spring lambs- so cute! I nearly got some photos of some wild rabbits but unfortunately they were too quick for me! I hope you enjoy this little bundle of spring collage I made of some of the pictures I took and I hope your also enjoying the spring season!
Last weekend, I went to London with my family to celebrate my 16th birthday. We went out for lunch and the spicy calamari was delish! Shortly after we visited the Valentino Master of Couture Exhibition at Somerset house!- The exhibition was marvelous with endless rows of Valentino’s show-stoppers released over the years, my favourite’s being mainly from the 60’s! In addition, there was also one of this wedding dresses made for a bride at a high status wedding- the work put into the dress was exceptional with infinite types of lace and embellishment delicately hand sewn all over. As I strolled through the exhibition I then came across many tutorial videos demonstrating how to create some of the dazzling embellishments and decorative techniques used on some of his garments. The exhibition for me successfully presented the talent of Valentino and he should be strongly admired for this work over the years. On this fantastic day I wore, a Topshop white short-sleeved blouse, Topshop camel skater skirt, grey tights, La Redoute duffel coat, my Coco Marie scarf, Accessorize pearl earrings and a Ted Baker beetle jem necklace!- Hope you like! Also I hope you’ll all be noticing a difference in my picture quality as I got a new camera for my b-day!
I’m now back from my holiday in Ireland visiting my family and I have lots of posts lined up relating to the holiday and some looks of what I wore!! On the way to Ireland we stayed a night in Llandudno, Wales ready for the ferry the next day! We stayed in a lovely hotel called Escape which I would really recommend. Whilst I was there I took some lovely shots of the landscape and surrounding which I thought I would share! Enjoy!!
