I’m 18! My 18th birthday was on Monday and it’s so weird that I’m an adult now! To celebrate, I went out to dinner in London with my family. We had dinner at Piccolino on Heddon Street and the nearest tube station is Piccadilly Circus. If you hadn’t already figured from the name, Piccolino serves Italian cuisine which is my favourite and I’d definitely recommend this restaurant. I had linguine with king prawns and courgettes (Linguine ai Gamberetti) and it was delicious. Then, we decided to have pudding and drinks at Hotel Cafe Royal which is just up the road from Piccolino, on Regents Street. I opted for a light chocolate mousse alongside a cocktail called Bela (Sagatiba Velha Cachaca, white grapes, strawberries, passion fruit juice, mint). I had such a good birthday and thanks to everyone who made it such a special day!

I wore my Zara jumpsuit in blue tile print (need to get legs taken up- they are a bit baggy!) with Clarks black ankle boots, my mum’s oversized navy coat, Cambridge Satchel and dangle navy earrings from Accessorize.

And to finish here’s a few selfies from the night:
Last weekend was very eventful and enjoyable, as I went to London 2 days in a row. On Saturday, I went to visit a fashion university in London and it was perfect, the talks and workshop were so inspiring! Sunday was also a great day, I met up with my sister and my cousin Antonia at West Hamstead where she has a flat. After that, we took a walk in the sun to Primrose Hill and stood transfixed on the view of all the monuments of London lined up across the skyline. At a cafe around the corner we all digged into a slice of cheese cake with summer berries! Next door, was a gorgeous Mary Porter’s vintage store and I picked up a really cute monochrome gingham crop top. Overall, a great weekend and here’s a collage of a few pictures, wish I took a picture of my cheesecake put I’d already scoffed it all when I thought to taking a photo. Hope you’re all having a good weekend!
On Saturday I wore: Zara patterned trousers, navy tank top, Aldo floral statement necklace, Fat Face nude sandals, Asos sunnies, Topshop geometric earrings.
On Sunday I wore: Oh my love floral cami, Asos denim skirt and vintage back pack.
Last weekend, I went to London with my family to celebrate my 16th birthday. We went out for lunch and the spicy calamari was delish! Shortly after we visited the Valentino Master of Couture Exhibition at Somerset house!- The exhibition was marvelous with endless rows of Valentino’s show-stoppers released over the years, my favourite’s being mainly from the 60’s! In addition, there was also one of this wedding dresses made for a bride at a high status wedding- the work put into the dress was exceptional with infinite types of lace and embellishment delicately hand sewn all over. As I strolled through the exhibition I then came across many tutorial videos demonstrating how to create some of the dazzling embellishments and decorative techniques used on some of his garments. The exhibition for me successfully presented the talent of Valentino and he should be strongly admired for this work over the years. On this fantastic day I wore, a Topshop white short-sleeved blouse, Topshop camel skater skirt, grey tights, La Redoute duffel coat, my Coco Marie scarf, Accessorize pearl earrings and a Ted Baker beetle jem necklace!- Hope you like! Also I hope you’ll all be noticing a difference in my picture quality as I got a new camera for my b-day!
At the weekend I went to London and in Covent garden they had lots of these red cages spelling out “LOVE” and also a big heart at the back! The public were allowed to write a small message onto these metal hearts to their lovers and I caught an image with my new Nikon DSLR camera that I got for my 16th birthday and I thought this was a great idea to celebrate Valentine’s day which was a few weeks ago! Thought I’d share and hope you like it!- Enjoy!
A few weeks ago I went to London and did some shopping on Kings Road. I went into this beautiful shop called “Anthropologie” and came across this beautiful Plum studded felt hat! This was one of my christmas presents from my parents and I absolutely adore it! Above all my favourite feature about it is that it is such a statement piece and adds a dash of elegance to any outfit! The small silver rounded studs are also another fab feature!I thought I’d share it with you and I hope you like it too- Enjoy!
Last weekend, I did a spot of Christmas Shopping in London. I spent the day strolling along Kings Road in the bitter cold, dotting in and out of the fab shops London has to offer. I went out for lunch and loved the zebra wall paper in the toilets (haha) so did an OOTD against this background. This outfit is fairly casual mainly due to the horrendous weather but all the same I am wearing my frequently worn Asos gold chunky chain necklace, my La Redoute grey marl chunky knit cardi, my Dad’s khaki shirt, my navy high-waisted velvet shorts, navy thick tights and Clothes show live bag. Whilst in London I also went into an incredible shop called Anthropology (I think) and my parents bought me a gorgeous felt plum hat with lots of small rounded silver studs on for a Christmas prezzie- I absolutely adore it!! After that we drove around looking for somewhere to go for a much anticipated afternoon tea and finally found a really cute independent tearoom. I then delved into a scrumptious christmas pudding iced chocolate cupcake and a petite babycino! Overall it was a fantastic day despite the cold!- Enjoy!!
Yesterday, I went shopping in London and made a trip to Carnaby Street to go into the new Monki shop which I have been waiting almost a year to experience!! The shop’s interior design is incredibly done and you can see why they have won awards for it!! I tried on lots of things and could have bought lots of things but settled for a lovely teal pleated blouse which will be in some up-coming looks!! I also went to Oxord street/Regents street and bought an amazing grey marl pork pie hat in Topshop which you will also be seeing soon!! I really enjoyed my day out and I hope your weekend has been just as good!! I’m wearing my vintage silk white blouse, Asos collar tips, Topshop boucle biker jacket, Topshop camel pleated skirt and UO Brogues!! Hope you like!!
