Halloween Inspired Street Style Looks

The 31st of October marks the day of Halloween!! The goolies and ghosts will be present tonight and many fashionistas spotted by Topshop Tumblr are already getting into the Halloween spirit with lots of black and drama being incorporated into their outfits!! Here is a collage/moodboard I have made showing these street style looks, my favourite being the one in the top right hand corner with this gorgeous black velvet dress- so elegant!!!- Enjoy!!

OOTD- Autumn Look

Yesterday I went to London to visit the Affordable Art Fair at Battersea Park. I had a fantastic day and this is what I wore on this cold autumn day!! I am wearing my vintage silk shirt, Pull and Bear Forest green cable knit jumper, vintage navy belt with embroidered flowers on, a re-used navy pleated netball skirt, vintage checked bag with tassles, 2 pack H&M rings, navy tights and vintage navy patent loathers!! I have also finished the look with red lippy and “rose dust” nails!! The look has a Scottish-esque feel to it and with the combination of the pleated skirt and bag I feel sort of resembles a quilt!! It is a really cosy look and I think the belt works well as it emphasises the silhouette over the oversized baggy jumper!! I hope you like!!- Enjoy!!

Little Bow Peep….

The other day on a school day I decided to wear this bow in my hair which I made from some scrap material a while ago!! It’s this lovely teal blue colour and I got lots of complements at school! I’m really into bows at the moment especially for autumn/winter as I think they give a cute essence to any outfit!! I may do a DIY on how to make one of these bows, comments below if you’d like me to!! Enjoy!!

My hair looks so long!!

Image of the Day- Ooh Chanel!

Absolutely loving this Chanel look hot off the catwalk!! The combination of this poofy bomber style jacket and high waisted skater style skirt in matching print and white trimming is incredible and the statement chunky pearl choker and bracelets really accentuate the whole outfit!! The strappy cross over open heels are very cutesy with a ballet shoe style and really add to the girly theme of this outfit!! Well done once again Karl!! Hope you like!!

London OOTD

Yesterday, I went shopping in London and made a trip to Carnaby Street to go into the new Monki shop which I have been waiting almost a year to experience!! The shop’s interior design is incredibly done and you can see why they have won awards for it!! I tried on lots of things and could have bought lots of things but settled for a lovely teal pleated blouse which will be in some up-coming looks!! I also went to Oxord street/Regents street and bought an amazing grey marl pork pie hat in Topshop which you will also be seeing soon!! I really enjoyed my day out and I hope your weekend has been just as good!! I’m wearing my vintage silk white blouse, Asos collar tips, Topshop boucle biker jacket, Topshop camel pleated skirt and UO Brogues!! Hope you like!!

Paris Fashion Week- Street Style

Vogue has provided me with this visibly elegant street style look, presented by this very stylish Paris Fashion week goer!! Being a slim lady this outfit looks fantastic and the combination of this poofy triangle quilted sweater with this embellished navy mini is breath-taking!! Her vintage style camera and little navy bag complete this very classy but edgy look!! J’adore Paris!!- Enjoy!

Chanel Hula Hoop Bag- Would you wear it?

I have just come across this picture on the British Vogue Facebook page and I don’t think I’ve seen anything like it and I’m not sure what I think of it!! You never know it could become the new Marmite, you either love it or hate it!! However Karl has been very creative here in this creation and it still features the iconic monochrome colour scheme, quilting and Chanel logo!! What do you think?- Enjoy!!
